Professional Breath Coaching Certification Program

Professional Breath Coaching is one of the most sacred professions in the world. When you change a person's relationship with their breath, you are actually changing their relationship with life.

Breath is a behavior. Like all behavioral patterns and habits, each of us can develop different breathing habits. Many of these habits are dysfunctional, significantly harming our health and performance.

As breath coaches, in this certification program, you will learn to identify these wrong breathing habits and support those you work with in changing them.

Spending time with her live, as well as watching her videos on Breathing Sciences and breath coaching has been the most incredible experience. What I particularly loved is that from day two we were already receiving and giving breathing sessions to each other so we started learning physically right from the word go. I'm thrilled, and excited to go on this breath coaching journey.

I've just completed this amazing breath coaching certification program. I already am a breath work facilitator but this was completely mind blowing and really did take me out of my comfort zone. I just realised how much wrong information is being taught to us on the market. This training was very transformational, very powerful and by learning this work, I’m going to be able to take this to help many people on a one to one level because it is so powerful.
